| ΚΙ The commissioner is to provide references when submitting a request via form or DM. |
| ΚΙ The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission. |
| ΚΙ If the client has been proven difficult to work with or shows any ill behavior, the commission will be canceled. |
| ΚΙ I am only available for consultation on commissions on any day at 6PM to 12AM GMT+8. (You may message the artist anytime, but the artist will only reply within the given timeframe.) |
| ΚΙ For standard commissions: Regular updates on commissions will be sent via DM. (Wherever the client specifies -- ex: Twitter, Discord, Instagram, VGen, etc.) |
| ΚΙ For SKEB/Surprise Me! commissions: There will be no revisions and minimal updates on the commission. |
| ΚΙ Rush fees will cost 2x the original price of the commission. |
| ΚΙ Commissions for commercial use will cost 2x the price. |
| ΚΙ My personal information will inevitably be disclosed when accepting a commission. PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Failing to do so may result in legal action to protect my privacy. |

| ΚΙ All commissions must be paid either HALF upfront and HALF after I submit the commission, or may be paid in FULL upfront. |

| ΚΙ A commission is considered commercial when the client intends to monetize it. (ex: merchandise, game development, etc.) |

| ΚΙ Do not edit, copy or trace my work in any way, shape or form. |
| ΚΙ My work is not to be resold or redistributed, unless paid for commercial use. |
| ΚΙ Clients must give proper credit by tagging my twitter (@zizichiivt) when used on Twitch, Discord, or any social media platform. |
| ΚΙ Failure to provide proper credit will result in the possibility of being blacklisted in the future. |
| ΚΙ As the artist, I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature it however I wish, unless requested by the client to keep it private. |

| ΚΙ The use of AI (such as 'Grok', 'ChatGPT', 'Midjourney', etc.) on my artork is strictly prohibited, and will result in any and all licenses being revoked from the client immediately. This includes personal licenses, monetized content licenses, and commercial licenses. |
| ΚΙ The usage of AI refers to, but is not limited to: (1) Altering my work in any way, shape or form using AI. (ex: videos, touchups, animations, etc.). (2) Feeding my work into AI. (3) Using my work to replicate my style with AI. |

| ΚΙ Once the payment is complete, I will start on the sketch. |
| ΚΙ An initial sketch will be provided and revised to the client's satisfaction. Any revisions at this time will not have any cost. |
| ΚΙ Regular updates on the commission will be sent via DM. |
| ΚΙ Once the sketch is finalized, I will move on to the line art and base colors. The client is to approve of the colors before I proceed with the rendering and finalization of the commission. |
| ΚΙ Any changes after the finalization of the commission will result in additional payment charges. |
| ΚΙ Turnaround Time (TAT): 1 to 4 weeks (Any delay on the commission will be updated to the client.) |
| ΚΙ When the commission is complete, the file(s) will be sent via DM / email. |
| + For SKEB / Surprise Me! Commissions |
| ΚΙ Once the payment is complete, I will start on the commission. |
| ΚΙ There will be no revisions and little to no updates. |
| ΚΙ Everything in this type of commission is left to my creative freedom, rest assured I will be giving high quality results. |
